How: It is recommended to use sunscreen whenever you are outside. Especially in summer, when the UV index is very high. Avoid the sun at noon, when the sun's rays are at their strongest. Using sunscreen does not protect one hundred percent from the sun. To prevent staining, allow the sunscreen to fully absorb before coming into contact with clothing and textiles. Reapply after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

How much: Sunscreen should be applied to the skin 15-20 minutes before exposure to the sun. The appropriate amount is about a palmful for the whole body, i.e. a child's palmful and an adult's own palmful.

How often: It would be good to add sunscreen every 2 hours.

Important to remember: After swimming, it is always recommended to add sunscreen. Add cream even if you sweat. A water-resistant sunscreen allows you to swim for approx. 2 x 20 minutes without losing power, but after that the cream should be added at the latest to ensure protection.
